Insurance Pricing Specialist

Join Vienna Insurance Group, the leading insurance group in Central and Eastern Europe, as a Non-Life Insurance Pricing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with operational VIG insurance companies, providing technical expertise, and analyzing key performance indicators in the non-life retail insurance sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Cooperate with VIG insurance companies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Act as a technical expert, providing guidance on core processes such as product development, pricing, underwriting, and claims settlement.
- Analyze key performance indicators and discuss findings with VIG companies to drive business improvement.
- Recognize and promote technical excellence in non-life retail insurance and discuss with VIG companies.
- Serve as a contact person for technical insurance issues within VIG Holding.
- Design and coordinate the transfer of knowledge within the VIG Group.
- Relevant professional experience at an operating insurance company.
- Experience in product development, underwriting, or claims regulation.
- Experience working with other departments or insurance companies within a group.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with CEE language skills an advantage.
- Actuarial knowledge in pricing desired.

Based on the collective agreement, the minimum monthly salary is EUR 3,436.86 gross for full-time employment (37.5 hours/week). We offer a market-compliant remuneration package, and your salary will be based on your qualifications and experience.
