Strategic HR Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic HR Analyst to join our team at REWE International AG. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to make a key contribution to the success of our international business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the interface with all our employees' data systems, delivering high-quality HR reporting for international and local Board members, and managing international projects in their area of responsibility.

This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent Excel skills, preferably Power BI skills, and experience working with various HRIS systems. A very good command of English and German is expected, with an Eastern European language being an advantage.

• You will have a university degree in business or economics, and ideally experience in a similar role, preferably in an international environment.
• You will be proactive, independent, and structured in your approach to work, with a hands-on mentality and a willingness to take ownership.
• You will be solution-oriented, outgoing, and able to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
