Job Title: Virtual Social Media Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Virtual Social Media Manager to join our team at Virtual Identity GmbH. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies that drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and ultimately contribute to the growth of our clients' social media presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute social media editorial calendars to ensure consistent and engaging content across all platforms
  • Create high-quality, tailored content that resonates with our target audience and aligns with our brand's tone and voice
  • Develop and implement social media advertising campaigns to reach and engage our target audience
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to inform future content and advertising strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure social media content aligns with overall marketing goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • University degree in marketing, communication, or a related field
  • Proven experience in social media management, including content creation, advertising, and analytics
  • Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and voice to different platforms and audiences
  • Fluent German and English skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills
