Job Opportunity: Group Reporting Specialist

Erste Group Bank AG is seeking a skilled Group Reporting Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Consolidation team, you will play a crucial role in preparing IFRS Consolidated Financial Statements, FINREP, and CSRD reporting.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and maintenance of reporting tools for monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting.
  • Analyze and respond to reporting-related questions from stakeholders within the group.
  • Act as a liaison between subsidiaries and the accounting and financial reporting teams.
  • Prepare consolidation postings and validate reporting tables.
  • Contribute to the development of reporting tools by defining business specifications, testing new routines, and defining data fields.
  • Understand and analyze IFRS results from subsidiaries.

Your Background:

  • Knowledge of IFRS accounting and consolidation topics is a plus.
  • University degree in business administration, data, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience in this business area, preferably in banking, is welcome.
  • You should be proficient in optimizing and automating process calculations.
  • Fluency in English is required, and German or a CE mother tongue is highly appreciated.
  • Good experience with MS Office applications and knowledge of IT tools like MySQL or Oracle are a plus.
