Customer Engagement Expert: Low Code Platform Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Engagement Engineer to join our team at MED-EL. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining our low code platform, ensuring it is intuitive, efficient, and tailored to the unique needs of our customers.

Your primary focus will be on developing and testing our platform, as well as providing technical support to our customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement new features that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

About You:
  • You have at least 3 years of work experience in software development, preferably with experience in low code platform development.
  • You possess excellent coding and testing skills, with proficiency in common web technologies.
  • You have experience in user interface design and a strong focus on user experience.
  • You have demonstrated customer obsession and a track record of going above and beyond to meet customer needs.
  • You have excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
