Data Science Director

As a Director of Data Science and Analytics at Simon-Kucher & Partners, you will be responsible for leading our data science efforts and driving business growth through data-driven insights. With a strong background in data science and analytics, you will work closely with our clients to develop innovative solutions that drive revenue and profit.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead data science projects and teams to deliver high-quality results and drive business impact
* Develop and maintain robust client relationships, gaining a deep understanding of their needs and delivering customized solutions
* Promote the benefits and use cases of machine learning and AI both internally and externally to our clients
* Act as a mentor to team members, offering constructive feedback to nurture their professional development
Requirements
* Minimum 6 years of experience in data science and analytics
* Strong entrepreneurial thinking and a well-established network, coupled with exceptional communication and presentation skills
* Track record of effectively leading strategic projects, managing diverse teams and stakeholders, resulting in successful outcomes
* Proficiency in selecting and applying AI and ML methods, such as Random Forest, Neural Networks, Support Vector Machines, etc.
* Knowledge of cloud-based machine learning engines
* Exceptional university degree and proficiency in business English and German
