Join Porsche Informatik as a Support Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Support Engineer to join our team at Porsche Informatik. As a Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our customers, ensuring their applications run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and resolve IT-related issues for our customers
  • Collaborate with software development teams to identify and fix program errors
  • Identify and troubleshoot system problems
  • Document frequently asked questions in solution databases
  • Work closely with internal teams across the Porsche Holding Konzern
  • Participate in our team's internal on-call rotation
Requirements:
  • Completed vocational training with a maturity certificate (AHS, HAK, HTL), IT training, or IT-related education
  • Passion for IT and a desire to specialize in application support
  • Enjoy interacting with customers and working with people
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and maintain high quality standards
  • Basic knowledge of SQL is an asset
  • Proficiency in German and English
