In this position, your focus will be on enhancing availability, reducing end-to-end costs, and increasing the resilience of the Red Bull Supply Chain. You will be instrumental in implementing and executing the network design process and its applications. Your analytical findings will be crucial for the strategic advancement of our Operations network. Collaboration with other Operations departments will be essential to validate recommendations and facilitate change.

You will be entrusted with the following responsibilities:

Actively engage in the implementation of network design processes and tools that will enable Red Bull to optimize its end-to-end supply chain for Beverage and VISIT products. You will conduct network simulations using appropriate tools and complement quantitative findings with qualitative insights to formulate comprehensive optimization recommendations. Analyze data to pinpoint areas for enhancement and develop strategies for optimizing Red Bull's Supply Chain. You will also convert data into actionable insights that support the Operations strategy process. Establish a robust network and promote collaboration with Operations team members, while also building relationships with other business areas, particularly finance and data teams. A minimum of two years of experience as a supply chain analyst or in a comparable Supply Chain role, preferably in a dynamic environment within a global organization. Proficiency in data analysis and/or network design tools. Project management experience is advantageous. Strong mathematical and analytical skills combined with business insight. Experience in data mining, analysis, and reporting. In-depth knowledge of SAP R/3 is a significant advantage. Proficiency in all MS products, particularly Excel, is essential. Fluency in English; proficiency in German is preferred. A keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving skills. High levels of personal energy, motivation, and a hands-on approach. A proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement. A team player with an entrepreneurial spirit and a network-oriented mindset. Willingness to travel 0-10%.
