ESG Data Collection Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ESG Data Collection Coordinator to join our team at Erste Group Bank AG. As a key member of our Data Integration Team, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our data warehouse and data lake environments.
Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain the ESG Data Collection strategy in collaboration with relevant units of the bank. This will involve creating and aligning yearly strategic objectives for ESG Data Collection, monitoring implementation progress, and coordinating self-assessment activities.
In addition, you will manage key stakeholders, conduct market research for new ESG data sources, and ensure seamless data integration to provide high-quality data services to internal customers. To excel in this role, you will require strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills, as well as excellent communication abilities.
Our ideal candidate will possess an academic degree (BA/MA), at least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager, and a general understanding of main banking business-related regulatory requirements. Previous experience with ESG-related topics is an advantage.
