Vienna Insurance Group is a leading insurance company in Central and Eastern Europe. We're looking for an experienced professional to join our team as a Pricing Actuary.

About the Job

We're seeking a talented individual with expertise in non-life pricing within an operational insurance company. Your main responsibilities will include collaborating with VIG's operational insurance companies, advising and supporting them in retail pricing, analyzing key performance indicators, and identifying best practices.

You'll also be responsible for coordinating and promoting knowledge transfer within the VIG group. As a subject matter expert for pricing-related topics within the VIG Holding, you'll contribute to the development of innovative solutions that drive business growth.

About You
  • Relevant professional experience in non-life pricing within an operational insurance company
  • Proven experience collaborating with other departments or within a group
  • Excellent communication skills in German or English; knowledge of a CEE language is a plus
  • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style, combined with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Social competence and strong team spirit
  • Willingness to travel, especially within the CEE region
