Key Responsibilities- Develop and Maintain Business Intelligence Infrastructure
- Design and implement data models to empower end-users to answer their own questions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, refine, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with business objectives
- Oversee Data Governance
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all systems
- Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures
- Drive Actionable Insights
- Partner closely with marketing leaders and stakeholders to shape marketing strategies through data-driven insights and impactful analysis
- Provide and present reports that are actionable for business departments and support decision-making processes
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
- Work closely with data analysts and data engineers to build, maintain, and improve dashboards applying best Business Intelligence practices
- Support and mentor colleagues within data and business teams
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst/Data Analyst or related role
- Strong marketing analytics background with proven experience in digital marketing projects
- Proven proficiency in SQL with strong experience in building clean and meaningful tables
- Expert-level knowledge of Tableau with outstanding data storytelling skills
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, data governance principles, and ETL processes
- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and organizational qualities
- Strong communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
