FPGA Developer Position at Elektrobit

We are seeking a highly skilled FPGA Developer to join our team at Elektrobit, a leading global supplier of embedded and connected software for the automotive industry.

About the Role

As an FPGA Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing VHDL modules for FPGAs, primarily AMD MPSoC. You will work closely with our FPGA architect to ensure seamless integration and verification of VHDL modules. Your tasks will include:

  • Designing and developing VHDL modules for FPGAs
  • Verifying VHDL modules to ensure accuracy and reliability
  • Providing technical support to junior FPGA developers and FPGA verification teams
  • Collaborating with FPGA architects to ensure successful integration of VHDL modules
  • Creating and reviewing FPGA requirements
  • Aligning with system testing to ensure seamless integration
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced FPGA Developer with a strong background in computer science or a related field. Your skills and qualifications should include:

  • University degree in computer science or a related field
  • At least 3 years of professional experience with FPGA architectures
  • System-level experience
  • Expertise in VHDL, AMD Vitis, AMD Vivado, ModelSim, and VHDL testbench design
  • Self-confident team player with excellent communication skills
