Job Overview

As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the execution of accounting standards and participating in various projects, including the transition to SAP S/4HANA and adherence to EU Taxonomy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implementation Support: Assist in the rollout of accounting group requirements and engage in project initiatives.
  • Financial Reporting: Aid in the preparation of annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS standards.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with various departments and partake in international meetings, providing support during country visits.
  • Process Development: Create solution concepts tailored to business unit needs and design accounting workflows, continuously analyzing and optimizing these processes.
  • Coordination Role: Act as an information hub, coordinating between strategic business units regarding accounting and finance processes on an international scale.
  • Policy Development: Take the initiative on current topics and develop accounting policies and work instructions to establish and enforce internal controls.
Qualifications
  • Proficient in MS Excel; familiarity with SAP and other accounting software is advantageous.
  • Strong command of the English language; proficiency in German and other languages is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
  • A collaborative team player with intercultural competencies and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a solution-oriented mindset, demonstrating high service orientation and organizational capabilities.
  • Enthusiastic and motivated to learn about new topics.
