We're a fast-growing company on a mission to help developers write better software faster. Our Accounting & Finance team plays a critical role in financial reporting, business operations, and decision-making.

In this role, you will:

  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual activities within the Accounting team, ensuring compliance with accounting policies and local financial regulations.
  • Manage the posting of monthly journal entries, reconcile balance sheet accounts, and perform monthly flux analysis.
  • Be responsible for local statutory accounts and audits, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and compliance with local accounting requirements.
  • Continuously seek process improvements and automation opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Solid understanding of Local GAAP and familiarity with US GAAP.
  • Fluent in English; fluency in German is a plus.
  • Experience with Netsuite preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong Excel skills.
