Job Title: Empfangsmitarbeiterin

As a Receptionist at Figlmüller Group, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in ensuring their experience is exceptional. Your responsibilities will include coordinating table reservations, handling phone inquiries, and escorting guests to their tables. You will be the face of our company and must possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a high level of professionalism. We are looking for someone who is a team player, enjoys working with people, and has a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate table reservations and ensure seamless guest experience
  • Handle phone inquiries and respond to guest requests
  • Escort guests to their tables and ensure they have everything they need
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Work collaboratively with the restaurant team to ensure a smooth and efficient service
