Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Scheduler/Project Planner to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for strategic planning, ensuring adequate provision of planning support across all projects, and providing valuable insights to the management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop realistic and achievable tender programs, coordinated with estimating functions.
  • Create detailed construction programs, design packages, and procurement plans to meet project requirements.
  • Collect data, update programs to show progress or delays, and provide weekly/monthly reports to the Project Manager.
  • Maintain current procedures related to planning and introduce new methods as advantageous.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
  • Proven experience in EPC Engineering, Procurement, and Construction industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, exceptional organization and coordination skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft products (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Basic understanding of Project Controls Functions.
  • Thorough understanding of proven scheduling techniques and practices.
  • Proficient in Primavera P6.
  • Understanding of CPM concepts and calculations.
What We Offer
