Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is €60,000, which includes a base salary of €45,000 and commissions of up to €15,000. Additionally, we offer a team bonus of up to €10,000 per year, flexible working hours, and a comprehensive benefits package.


Job Description

As an Enterprise Marketing Innovation Specialist, you will work closely with top international clients, including renowned brands like Samsung, Pfizer, Ford, Oracle, and EY. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Acquisition: Identify and acquire new customers in the marketing sector, building strong relationships and networks.
  • Customer Management: Support and develop key accounts, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Sales Strategies: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals, analyzing market trends and competitive activities.
  • Consultation: Advise clients on the best ways to use our interactive paper solutions to achieve their marketing objectives.
  • Management: Coordinate internal teams and resources to ensure campaigns are completed on time and to the client's satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A native-level English proficiency, as the position primarily involves engaging with international clients.
  • Excellent communication skills, high initiative, determination, and customer orientation.
  • At least one year of professional experience in sales or account management, preferably in the marketing or media sector.
  • Analytical thinking and the ability to explain complex issues clearly.
