Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Cybersecurity Specialist for Pharmaceutical Applications to join our team in Vienna, Austria. As part of our Information Security department, you will play a key role in ensuring the security and integrity of our applications portfolio.
In this challenging position, you will work closely with our IT business partner teams to assess and deliver secure business application solutions. You will collaborate with our security, technology, and application/platform teams to improve overall application security and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
You will also be responsible for driving application security training initiatives to enhance security awareness and knowledge within the organization.
Your Profile
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A Master's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 5 years of professional experience in application and cloud security
- Strong understanding of architecture, security frameworks, business processes, and organization
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (German is a plus)
- An analytical, proactive, independent way of working, along with strong self-organization and sense of responsibility
- Willingness to travel worldwide (up to 30% of working time)

Salary Information
The minimum gross wage according to the collective agreement for this role is €4,157.14 per month. However, we strive to adapt your salary to your range of tasks and profile, so we are ready to pay wages higher than collectively agreed.
