We're looking for an experienced IT Enterprise Architect & Project Manager to join our team in Belgium. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's IT strategy and architecture.

About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity for a skilled IT professional with a passion for enterprise architecture and project management. You will be responsible for leading optimization projects, collaborating with IT architects, developers, and business stakeholders, and conducting workshops and meetings to document and understand the current IT landscape.

Your Tasks:

  • Lead Enterprise Architecture optimization and other optimization Projects (e.g., License Optimization Projects)
  • Collaborate with IT architects, developers, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the application architecture is aligned with the overall enterprise architecture and supports the goals of our IT-Strategy
  • Conduct smaller workshops and meetings with IT and business personnel to document and understand the current IT landscape
  • Develop and maintain an application portfolio, ensuring it is comprehensive and up-to-date
  • Identify opportunities to optimize the IT landscape, proposing improvements and efficiencies
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced IT professional with a strong background in IT architecture, application development, or a related field. Your profile should include:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in IT architecture, application development, or a related role
  • Project Management experience (IPMA Certificate is an advantage)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proven ability to conduct workshops and meetings, and to document technical and business requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Technical understanding of IT technologies
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies, microservices architecture, and modern development practices
  • Strong understanding of application/enterprise architecture and design guidelines

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of €80,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
