About This Role:

  • You will serve as the primary liaison between our IT department and Quality team, building strong relationships and understanding business needs to enhance quality processes, improve efficiency, and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • This role involves partnering with Quality leadership to develop IT strategies and roadmaps aligned with Quality objectives and business goals.
  • You will lead the delivery of digital projects and initiatives that support Quality functions, from demand management via architecture and technology review to project proposal and implementation oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Relationship Management: Collaborate with Quality stakeholders to identify IT opportunities that enhance quality processes, improve efficiency, and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Planning and Solution Delivery: Develop IT strategies and roadmaps aligned with Quality objectives and business goals, provide input into the development of IT initiatives, and lead the delivery of digital projects and initiatives.
  • Quality System Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for IT systems and applications used in Quality management, including Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in IT business partnering or a similar role, preferably in a regulated industry such as pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or biotechnology.
  • Strong understanding of Quality management principles and regulations, including FDA regulations, GAMP standards, and CSV.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is approximately €120,000 gross per year based on full-time employment, reflecting market rates for your qualifications and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you can expect a range of benefits, including flexitime, compensation days, performance-related bonuses, lunch vouchers, and more.
