As a Strategic Marketing Analyst at BMW Group, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's marketing strategy for Central and Southeastern Europe. Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize automated tools to extract data from primary sources and drive business decisions.
  • Perform comprehensive data analysis, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and monitor data to assess quality and derive meaningful insights.
  • Generate high-quality analysis reports for stakeholders, enabling them to make informed decisions based on facts and trends.
  • Manage and oversee 12 markets in Central and Southeastern Europe, as well as external partners such as advertising, media, and event agencies.
  • Provide support to markets for local marketing activities related to product launches and the entire marketing mix lifecycle measures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fluent English skills and excellent communication abilities.
  • Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Relevant work experience during internships or professional trainings preferred.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently and flexibly.
