Job Description

As a Brand Representative Lead, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, creating an engaging store experience, and driving sales growth. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Experience: Provide personalized assistance to customers, anticipate their needs, and respond promptly to inquiries.
  • Store Presentation and Sales Floor: Maintain a visually appealing store environment, ensure accurate product displays, and contribute to a positive shopping atmosphere.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store culture.
  • Asset Protection and Shrink: Adhere to company policies and procedures to prevent theft and protect company assets.
  • Policies and Procedures: Familiarize yourself with company protocols, follow established guidelines, and report any discrepancies or concerns.
  • Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training sessions, learn about new products and services, and apply knowledge to enhance customer engagement and sales performance.
