We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced OT Security Manager to join our team at the Zumtobel Group. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our operational technology environments and shaping the future of OT security.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Develop, test, and deploy OT security standards, guidelines, and technical protocols across our global facilities.
  • Collaborate with departments to monitor the implementation of security measures and act as a dedicated point of contact for all OT security-related queries.
  • Conduct comprehensive security checks, perform gap analyses, and create actionable plans and roadmaps to address potential vulnerabilities.
  • Work closely with departments to define security requirements for new manufacturing projects and ensure compliance during acceptance tests.
  • Support specialist departments in designing, manufacturing, and testing security concepts and architectures.
Your Profile:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in IT and OT security. Your expertise in IT infrastructure operations will enable you to bridge the gap between IT and OT, creating cohesive security solutions. Your open and communicative personality will make it easy for you to build relationships and collaborate with diverse teams.

  • You have worked in production or a production-related environment for several years, gaining a general understanding of IT and OT security.
  • You possess a strong IT affinity and understand IT and information security principles.
  • You are able to articulate security matters to senior executives and drive support and awareness at the highest level.
  • You are fluent in German and English, both in writing and verbally, and you enjoy working in a global setting.
  • You are willing to travel internationally to get a first-hand impression of OT Security at local production sites.
