About the Role:- Lead the development and implementation of data-driven insights using data analytics tools and platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven analytics to support sales strategies.
- Monitor new digital developments on the market, identify, and evaluate emerging data and analytics technologies.
- Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality, privacy, and security.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, software development/digital, or business excellence.
- Experience with ERPs including Salesforce, SAP, Qliksense, Qlikview.
- Strong interest in controlling, finance, data, and enthusiasm for working with digital tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ideal experience or keen interest in Business Intelligence Dashboards.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team, emphasizing teamwork and collaboration.
- Outstanding set of values with a great attitude to learning, excellent work ethics, and eagerness to grow.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
- Understand business processes and passion for improving process efficiency.
- Excellent command of English, both verbal and written (German language skills are a plus).
