About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Serviceberater:in (w/m/d) to join our team at Porsche Wels. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, technical support, and sales expertise to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers
  • Prepare and present cost estimates
  • Coordinate vehicle repairs and maintenance
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional services to customers
  • Ensure seamless vehicle handovers and provide accurate documentation
Requirements
  • Completed technical training or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in the automotive industry or customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Valid driver's license (Klasse B)
