About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Software Engineer to join our Licensing team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Java-based microservices for our account, subscription, and usage-tracking platform.
Responsibilities
- Develop crucial functionalities to oversee account lifecycle and subscriptions, track and report usage, offer insights into costs and product utilization, and enable control over feature usage.
- Drive architectural decisions for team-domain projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with an Agile team of engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Mentor and support colleagues, fostering an approachable and supportive environment.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure the quality and performance of the software.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A degree in Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience in software development.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java development or a comparable programming language.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Collaborative and motivational team member with a proactive approach.
