Job Title: Project Manager for Digital Marketing

About the Role:

As a Project Manager for Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for managing digital marketing projects from start to finish. This includes leading interdisciplinary teams, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met, and delivering high-quality results that exceed client expectations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital marketing projects across various sectors, including insurance, finance, mobility, retail, and FMCG.
  • Craft compelling project proposals and navigate complex project delivery to achieve profitability goals.
  • Be in charge of project planning and controlling, ensuring timely and within-budget project execution.
  • Coordinate team members and external partners to guarantee project success.
  • Monitor project milestones with diligence and ensure each project is executed on schedule and with high quality.
  • Facilitate clear communication and provide regular updates to enhance trust and alignment during project execution with clients.
  • Consult clients regarding their digital marketing strategies.

Requirements:
  • Strong state-of-the-art social media and online marketing knowledge.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience as a project/account manager, preferably in a (digital) agency.
  • A degree in communication, marketing, economy, or similar, or equivalent qualification.
  • High customer orientation, economic thinking, and strong quality awareness.
  • Ability to deal with conflicts.
  • Strong communication skills, proactivity, and solution orientation.
  • Fluent German and fluent English skills are required.
  • Correct prioritization in terms of target navigation.
  • Willingness to travel for internal events, workshops, and/or client meetings.

What We Offer:
  • Remote work opportunity.

€38,000 - €60,000 Account Management

  • Your annual gross salary for this full-time position as an Intermediate starts at € 39,000. How much more you actually earn will depend on your experience and qualifications.
