Position Overview:
The Real Estate Asset Manager specializing in leasing at STRABAG BRVZ GmbH plays a crucial role in managing our real estate portfolio, emphasizing rental operations and strategic asset management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and identify key properties aligned with projected user requirements in the DACH and CEE regions.
- Collaborate effectively with real estate brokers and agents to optimize leasing opportunities.
- Lead negotiations for Heads of Terms and Lease Agreements, ensuring favorable outcomes.
- Manage the entire leasing lifecycle, ensuring a seamless process from initiation to completion.
- Conduct comprehensive analyses and evaluations of lease agreements during Due Diligence phases.
Qualifications:
- A completed commercial education or a relevant degree in real estate or a related field.
- At least 5 years of international experience in the real estate sector.
- Strong negotiation skills and a proven track record in asset management.
- A team-oriented individual with excellent communication capabilities.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
- Proficiency in both German and English languages.
- Competence in MS Office applications.
