Cyber Security Professional for Operational Technology

We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Professional to join our team as an Operational Technology (OT) Security Manager. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing OT security standards, guidelines, and protocols across our global facilities.
Job Description
The successful candidate will play a key role in safeguarding our operational technology environments and shaping the future of OT security. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing, testing, and deploying OT security standards, guidelines, and technical protocols across our global facilities.
- Collaborating with various departments to monitor the implementation of security measures and act as a dedicated point of contact for all OT security-related queries, providing expert advice and support.
- Conducting comprehensive security checks, performing gap analyses, and creating actionable plans and roadmaps to address potential vulnerabilities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT and OT security, with experience in production or a production-related environment. They will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to articulate complex security concepts to senior executives.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of IT and information security principles.
- Experience in IT infrastructure operations and the ability to bridge the gap between IT and OT.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to create cohesive security solutions.
- Fluency in English and German, both written and verbal.
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off.
