Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Privacy Manager to join our team at Raiffeisenbankengruppe. As a key member of our Data Protection team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of data protection policies and procedures across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement data protection policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Conduct data protection impact assessments and risk analyses to identify and mitigate potential data protection risks.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on data protection best practices and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure data protection is integrated into business processes and operations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including data protection authorities and industry partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging data protection trends and technologies and provide recommendations for implementation.
Requirements:
  • Relevant degree in law, computer science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in data protection or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of data protection laws and regulations, including GDPR and DSGVO.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
