Job Summary

The Technical Trainer (m/f/d) is a key member of our team at MSX International, responsible for developing and conducting technical training programs to enhance the skills of our technicians and ensure they can perform their tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver training sessions, webinars, workshops, and on-site training to improve technical knowledge and skills
  • Develop and prepare training materials, presentations, worksheets, and other resources to support learning
  • Evaluate training results and assess the effectiveness of training programs, making recommendations for improvement

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Czech and English languages, with a near-native level of fluency
  • Experience as a certified Technical Trainer is beneficial, but not required; we can provide training to become a Technical Trainer
  • In-depth knowledge of the automotive technical field and the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner

Working Arrangements

  • Full-time position, 40 hours per week
  • Based in Salzburg, with opportunities for remote work
