Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement the portfolio strategy within the segment, working closely with business developers and affiliates in different markets.
- Lead the development, evaluation, and implementation of customer solutions for key application tasks across segments.
- Coordinate and manage development projects, setting priorities to ensure market and customer needs are met.
- Provide technical and disciplinary leadership, as well as develop the product owner team (project management, product management, and lead engineering).
- Plan and manage budgets, personnel, and investments, taking responsibility for their implementation.
- Supervise and support the sales team, including customer presentations.
- Participate in segment strategy and develop growth strategies.
- Technical university degree in physics, chemistry, electrical engineering, or equivalent.
- Professional experience in project management and product management.
- Experience in leading teams (lateral and disciplinary).
- Qualifications in employee management are an advantage.
- Excellent communication and cooperation skills, with the ability to coordinate with other areas.
- Experience in the SW area is an advantage (e.g., SW project management).
- Experience with agile methods (e.g., SCRUM) is advantageous.
- Experience in business analysis and strategy development.
- Fluent in written and spoken German and English.
- Strong goal orientation.
