Allianz Partners is looking for a skilled HR Business Partner to join our team. As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a vital role in driving business results through people strategy and operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • People Strategy: Develop and implement strong, consistent people management practices across Markets, aligning with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with and influence senior stakeholders, advising on strategic HR initiatives and providing consulting advice to functional business leaders.
  • Change Management: Lead on all organization change, ensuring successful adoption and facilitating discussions around change and transformation with Leadership.
  • Problem Solving: Identify strategic, cross-business problems and help teams get to root causes and solutions.
  • Communication: Communicate the long-term vision and mission effectively, collaborating with functional leaders.
  • Strategic Workforce Planning: Prepare and plan for future talent needs across Markets, interpreting the business strategy to deliver strategic workforce plans.
  • Coaching: Coach business leaders, direct reports, and wider HRBP community.
  • Data Driven & Digital Acumen: Provide a plan on how HR can have a greater impact on business performance by leveraging data and insight.
Requirements
  • 7+ years' experience as HR Business partner in a global, matrixed organization.
  • Fluent knowledge of English, any other language is an extra.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management.
  • Robust and effective consulting approach.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in an international environment.
  • Ability to work and interact remotely.
  • Strong team spirit and flexibility.
