The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) seeks a talented individual to serve as Unit Head in our Radioactive Material Security Unit. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to global efforts in promoting peaceful uses of nuclear energy while ensuring the highest standards of safety and security.
Your responsibilities will include coordinating program activities related to radioactive material security, monitoring the implementation of international guidelines, and collaborating with Member States to enhance their capabilities in this area.
To be successful in this role, you must possess a solid understanding of nuclear security principles and practices, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsibilities- Plan, organize, manage, and evaluate the work of the team.
- Develop and implement programs to promote the security of radioactive materials and associated facilities.
