Job Description

As a Senior Process Engineer, you will be responsible for optimizing production processes and developing new technologies to enhance product quality and efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze process variations, identify areas for improvement, and implement process changes. Additionally, you will develop and manage technical projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

  • Lead the analysis and development of production processes to optimize product quality and efficiency.
  • Design, implement, and maintain production equipment and systems to ensure high-performance operations.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and implement innovative solutions for production challenges.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English and German languages.
