Business Development Representative

This role involves acting as the link between sales teams and different counterparts, requiring direct contact with sales teams and various counterparts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching and disseminating information on potential customers, suppliers, and designated projects with local teams.
The successful candidate will evaluate opportunities, develop penetration plans, and provide direction to Arrow teams. They will also identify pipeline potential strategic global customers for incremental business beyond design transfers.
Key responsibilities include managing customer quotes activities in line with customer-specific strategies, quoting processes, and order management. The candidate will also identify new sales opportunities by working with buyers and engineers to provide quotes, technical support, and data sheets, and by placing purchase orders.
Maintenance tasks include tracking shipments, maintaining orders, managing backlog, expediting orders, and trouble-shooting.
Requirements include at least 2 years' experience in a similar role, business fluency in English language, and business fluency in German language as a plus. Technical or commercial education and working experience in sales back office or operations are preferred.
