Dynamic Project Manager for Global Injection Molding

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead our global injection molding projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for project management and the development of new packaging solutions in the injection molding sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and within budget
  • Lead cross-functional teams assembled locally or globally, promoting effective collaboration and communication
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support
  • Foster strong relationships with various departments, ensuring seamless integration and alignment
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as plastics engineering or mechanical engineering
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the injection molding industry
  • Excellent English language skills, with additional foreign languages like German being an asset
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
