Training Programs Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Training Manager to join our team at CeMM, the Research Center for Molecular Medicine. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing training programs that support the growth and development of our staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate graduate and postdoctoral programs that provide training on research project design, funding, management, leadership, and communication.
- Develop and deliver career development activities and workshops to enhance staff skills and competencies.
- Coordinate and follow up on annual appraisal meetings for each employee.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience in talent management or training programs.
- Good understanding of academic research institutions and international or scientific environments.
- Strong work ethic, personal integrity, and professionalism.
- Commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
- Reliable team player with customer service skills.
- Experience working with confidential information.
