Front Desk Professional

At Raditi, our clients are hotels and restaurants in Austria.

We have openings for front desk professionals to work with us during the winter season or on a permanent basis.

Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome and check-in arriving guests
• Ease their stay by providing assistance and information
• Provide support at the reception desk
• Handle check-out and farewells for departing guests
• Process invoices and handle cash transactions
• Perform administrative tasks and maintain data
• Create offers and confirm reservations
• Carry out control tasks, including direct room sales
• Settle bills and credit card transactions

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a receptionist or equivalent training is beneficial but we also welcome new career changers
• Proficiency in both written and spoken German, as well as English language skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A team player with good social skills, flexibility, resilience, and conflict management abilities
• Customer-focused approach and independent working style, experience with hotel software like ELITE is advantageous
• Good computer and IT skills
• Presentable appearance
• Discretion and trustworthiness
