Sales Operations Coordinator

About the Role

The BMW Group is undergoing rapid development, and the efficient management of vehicle stock and distribution channels will play an increasingly crucial role. The European Sales Operations department is seeking support in this new endeavor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with national sales companies to support the transition to a new sales model and ensure the consistency of Europe-wide vehicle call-off processes.
  • Monitor the logistic and financial vehicle flow, identifying and resolving delays or disturbances, and coordinating communication with relevant process partners.
  • Act as the primary interface to invoicing and logistic functions in markets, ensuring functional and compliant sales operations processes for invoicing and vehicle logistics.
  • Contribute to the improvement of systems and processes in collaboration with the European Sales Operations Team in Munich.
Requirements
  • University studies with a business orientation (e.g., business administration with a focus on logistics or accounting) and at least 3 years of professional experience in the automotive or logistics sector.
  • Alternatively, completed vocational training (e.g., logistics or industrial clerk) with at least 10 years of professional experience in the automotive or logistics sector.
  • Confidence in handling and communicating with various interface partners, specialist departments, IT, and market functions.
  • Good organizational and planning skills.
  • Problem-solving and customer-focused mindset.
  • Personal initiative, independence, and 100% reliability.
  • Team spirit and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluent in business English and intercultural skills; another European language is desirable.

Salary and Benefits

We offer an attractive salary and benefit package. The minimum salary for this position is € 2,900 gross per month. The actual salary depends on the respective qualification or professional experience.
