Key Responsibilities
- As a Solutions Program Manager, you will coordinate the collaboration between product management and engineering teams for our Automation solutions.
- You will drive the development, prioritization, and reliable execution of the solution roadmap, focusing on collaboration and interdependencies.
- You will be an integral part of the solution leadership team, ensuring that you maintain current data to report to senior management and support decision-making.
- Collaborating closely with your team, you will implement and scale agile methodologies across parts of the organization and continuously enhance these practices.
- You will serve as a facilitator for cross-functional initiatives in the role of Project Manager.
- In your daily activities, you will lead solution-specific meetings and workshops and assist in preparing presentation materials.
Candidate Profile
- Extensive professional experience as an agile project/program manager or enterprise agile coach, particularly with distributed teams (international experience is advantageous).
- Exceptional project management, execution, and planning capabilities.
- Strong communication skills, with experience in conducting workshops using various techniques tailored to the challenges at hand, and a passion for working with people.
- Experience with scaled agile practices in large organizations is a plus.
- Background as a Software Engineer is beneficial for a deeper understanding of our topics.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and a comprehensive understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle at scale will enhance your ability to navigate the domain.
- Willingness to travel moderately.
- Proficient in English.

Compensation and Benefits
