Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineering and Automation Specialist to join our team at Red Bull. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of automation projects, focusing on intralogistics and related processes.

Your primary objective will be to design, implement, and maintain efficient automation solutions that meet the needs of our operations. This will involve collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify areas for automation, developing innovative concepts, and ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.

You will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining company-wide standards for automation practices, ensuring consistency and high-quality approaches across all projects. Additionally, you will work closely with operations departments to identify potential areas for automation and develop effective solutions that leverage the best available technologies and expertise.

As a Senior Engineering and Automation Specialist, you will be expected to have a strong understanding of industry standards, state-of-the-art technologies, norms, and regulations. You will also be proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Project, and AutoCAD software. Certification in project management or relevant automation technologies is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and German
  • Master's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
  • 5+ years of experience in a relevant position in Engineering, Automation, or Robotics
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical skills to translate various requirements into technical solutions
  • Technical expertise in intralogistics processes and automation, warehouse operations and technologies, interfaces with building and production equipment, and interfacing with IT systems
  • Knowledge of industry standards, state-of-the-art technologies, norms, and regulations
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Project, and AutoCAD software
  • Certification in project management or relevant automation technologies
  • Experience with advanced robotics and AI-driven automation solutions
