Hotel Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Director (m/w/d) to lead our team at JUFA Hotel Altenmarkt*** in Altenmarkt im Pongau, Österreich. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the overall success of the hotel, including strategic planning, team management, and guest satisfaction.

• Lead and manage the hotel team to achieve exceptional guest satisfaction and revenue growth.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve hotel operations, including revenue management, marketing, and sales.
• Manage the hotel budget and ensure financial stability.
• Collaborate with the regional manager to achieve business objectives.
• Ensure the hotel meets quality standards and maintains a high level of guest satisfaction.

• Proven experience in hotel management, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
• Fluency in German (written and spoken).
