Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP FICO Consultant to join our team at ISG International Service Group. As a key member of our IT consulting team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing finance-related SAP solutions tailored to meet the needs of our clients.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with project teams to analyze and understand financial and controlling processes.
  • Conduct client workshops to gather requirements and provide best-practice recommendations.
  • Analyze, configure, and customize SAP FICO modules to ensure seamless integration with other SAP components.
  • Train users and provide post-go-live support to ensure smooth system operation.
  • Define system architecture and technology stacks related to SAP FICO.
  • Support finance teams in optimizing their SAP landscape, including S/4HANA transformations.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Business Administration, (Business) Informatics, Finance, or a comparable qualification.
  • At least 5 years of experience in SAP consulting, with a focus on SAP FICO (Finance & Controlling).
  • Strong understanding of finance and controlling processes, including GL, AR, AP, Asset Accounting, and Cost Center Accounting.
  • Experience with S/4HANA Finance is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of additional SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD) is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with business processes and industry-specific financial requirements.
  • Team player with an independent, solution-oriented work style.
  • Fluency in German is required; English is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client engagements.
