Seafreight Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Seafreight Specialist to join our team at ISG Personalmanagement GmbH. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for the coordination and execution of seafreight operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods to our clients.

• Develop and implement efficient seafreight strategies to meet client requirements
• Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
• Manage and optimize freight costs, ensuring maximum efficiency and cost savings
• Monitor and report on seafreight performance, identifying areas for improvement
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of seafreight operations with other logistics functions

• Proven experience in seafreight operations, with a strong understanding of shipping regulations and procedures
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in MS Office, with experience in freight management software a plus
