About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Product Engineer to drive technical decisions and be responsible for end-to-end delivery at high quality and on time. As a key member of our team, you will focus on value creation through technical domain leadership, delivery, and execution. You will work closely with different engineering teams and stakeholders to create the best possible Dynatrace experience for customers.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Be a close sparring partner to Product Management, counseling and challenging the Product Roadmap, and bringing it to life for customers.
  • Drive technical decisions and be responsible for end-to-end delivery at high quality and on time.
  • Form internal project teams and coordinate cross-team activity to enhance value creation.
  • Work with many roles across the company to plan and break down the 'WHAT' problem to solve into the 'HOW' to solve it.
  • Ensure teams are aligned with the roadmap and can focus on their charter.
  • Identify engineering bottlenecks and find solutions with Development leadership to keep up delivery and execution of new features.
  • Be accountable for the capability's innovation and maintenance topics, balancing them with the company's roadmaps.
  • Be responsible for the capability's backlog and its execution with involved Development Teams.
  • Monitor the delivery flow of the capability and trigger improvements with key stakeholders.


Your Profile
  • You have deep experience in software development as a Senior or Principal Software Engineer, Product Owner, Development Team or Department Lead in an agile IT/Software environment.
  • You possess several years of technical leadership experience.
  • You have excellent communication skills - able to get different stakeholders on the same page and align people and strategy.
  • You are a team player with good people skills and a passion for coaching and mentoring others.
  • You are comfortable building strong relationships with colleagues to advance the business.

Compensation and Rewards
  • We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.
  • Our minimum salary is €65,000 gross per year based on full-time employment (38.5 h/week). We offer a higher salary in line with qualification and experience.
