Job Description:

  • Conduct cutting-edge research in Generative AI, focusing on large language models, systems, and components.
  • Bridge academic research and commercial technology development by collaborating with our development teams and stakeholders.
  • Mentor PhD and master students, ensuring research direction aligns with our strategy.
  • Publish and disseminate research findings in top-tier journals and present at conferences.
  • Participate in scientific and industrial cooperation projects, driving innovation and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enhance current product capabilities using innovative customer value, ensuring scalability to large enterprise environments.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to bridge the gap between academia and industry.
  • Design and implement experiments, collecting and analyzing data to drive research outcomes.

Requirements:

  • PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
  • Strong track record of independent research in Generative AI topics.
  • Excellent publication record, driving market-relevant research.
  • Proficient English skills (oral and written).
  • Proven ability to drive innovation towards product maturity.
