Support Specialist for Risk Management

As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional administrative support to the Head of Group Liquidity and Market Risk Management. This role is ideal for someone with a proactive approach and excellent organizational skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth administrative operations within the division, including calendar and business travel management, correspondence, and meeting coordination. Additionally, they will plan and organize internal events, coordinate meetings, manage budgets, and act as a contact person for employees.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of our division.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide independent support to the Head of Division in various administrative tasks.
- Plan and organize internal events for the whole division.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings.
- Manage and monitor the division's line budgets.
- Act as a contact person for the division's employees.
About You
- You have several years of experience in an assistance, administration or a comparable role.
- You possess excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, preferably SAP knowledge.
- You are an effective communicator with strong written and verbal skills in German and English.
- You have strong decision-making abilities, attention to detail, reliability, discretion, and confidentiality.
- You have a well-structured, independent, and proactive way of working, with a solution-oriented focus.
