Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Group Head of Business Applications, der unsere Digitalisierungsstrategie vorantreibt und unsere Produktionsprozesse optimiert.

Aufgaben
  • Entwicklung einer zukunftsfähigen Software-Strategie, die eine stringente Reduktion von Systemen und Komplexität auf das Mindestmaß vorsieht
  • Konzeption und Implementierung robuster und skalierbarer Lösungen, die den Geschäftsanforderungen der Gruppe entsprechen
  • Führung und Teambuilding des lokalen und internationalen Teams von rund 8 Mitgliedern
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit lokalen Product Owners, funktionsübergreifenden Teams und Stakeholdern
Qualifikation
  • Erste Erfahrungen in der Leitung von ERP-Projekten
  • Universitäre oder ähnliche Ausbildung im Bereich WiWi(BWL)/Winf mit Spezialisierung Production & Supply Chain
  • Kenntnisse um Business Applikationen im industriellen Produktionsumfeld (ERP / MES / Schnittstellen zu Produktionsmaschinen)
