Global Occasion Marketing Lead

As a Global Occasion Marketing Lead at Red Bull, you will be responsible for developing and executing occasion-based marketing campaigns that drive consumer engagement and sales. With a strong focus on product marketing, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to create campaigns that are both locally relevant and globally aligned.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop global strategic direction and guidelines for occasion marketing campaigns
  • Partner with local teams to develop through-the-line occasion campaigns addressing relevant consumption occasions for Red Bull
  • Provide training on occasion marketing campaigns to brand teams around the world
  • Manage projects within agreed department budget and support Occasions team through Business Planning process
  • Collaborate with Media, Communication, Sales, Legal, Operations, and other functional teams to ensure cross-functional alignment for holistic and impactful campaigns

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of brand management experience with a strong understanding of the entire marketing mix
  • University degree (Bachelor or Master) with focus on media or digital marketing
  • Fluent in English, any language is a plus
  • Proficient understanding of trade marketing
  • Excellent project management capabilities
  • Strong ability to communicate with diverse internal and external stakeholders with different cultural backgrounds
  • An open-minded, international, and entrepreneurial mindset with a positive attitude
  • Possion for premium brand management and lifestyle brands
  • Strong planning, project execution, and analytical competencies
